FIT 515 | LIVE ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES

The gyms have been intermittently opened, and then closed, for most of 2020, now into 2021.  A leap of faith, and wanting to turn this ‘dark time’ into a positive outcome, I started giving online zoom classes, LIVE at 515 am eastern time

Here are some of the workouts, to help get you started, and see if FIT 515 is right for you.

 

FIT at 5:15am Eastern Time zone – LIVE online zoom classes, Monday to Thursday from 5:15am-5:55am.
(That would be 1 hour later in the Maritimes)

 

Here are 11 of the best reasons to take fit at 515am EST to help you move better, feel stronger, and have more energy throughout the day.

Each month, we aim to accomplish between 12-16 workouts in the month.

Home workouts

You use minimal equipment.  Resistance bands, door anchor, weights, mini circle loop bands, yoga mat, and a stability ball is all you need to get started.

Available 24-7

I coach you on how to use, home gym equipment in the most effective way, to get results. Let’s build strength, build muscle, and get stronger.

Save Time.

Classes are 40 mins from start to finish.
Roll out of bed, have your gym set up, and get moving.

No Transfer Time

No car to warm up, drive to the gym, a bag to pack, go to the locker room, get dressed, and then start your workout.

Set the Day

If you have ever wanted to become a morning person here is the best reason to get out of bed.

Replays available

They have many variations to allow for progression, in strength, mobility, and endurance.

Community Chat

We have a private group community chat.

Technique + Coaching

I can see your body moving on zoom classes, and modify technique and correct body positioning.
Feedback is individualized and immediate.

Save Brainpower

You arrive at class, turn on zoom, and we get moving. No thinking about what time of the day to workout, how, what to do — all is planned out for you, so all you have to do is show up and move.
