Studio A Personal Training is an exclusive appointment-only training studio located in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada.   

During out sessions, we will focus on exercise selection, proper technique, progressions, education about the gym, education on nutrition, and troubleshooting fitness roadblocks are our main focuses while providing you with a safe, and challenging workout experience.

Arrive ready to work out, and we will take care of the rest.

Training Sessions

Training sessions are ~50 mins.

Session length depends on your current level of fitness, training experience and goals.  You may decide to book an in-person session for a question & answer style meeting to discuss your personal needs & fitness goals.  The first session for all new clients or return-to-training clients will be an assessment, followed by a small workout to assess tolerance to exercise (recovery) and current fitness level. 

All sessions include a combination of warmup/mobility, the workout (exercises, reps, sets, weight), variations, technique, fitness tips & tricks, stretching/cooldown and fitness education, & coaching guidance.  I always include education, and how to have the best possible workout each session whether with myself or training independently.

  • 2-BC Strength Trapezoids, BC T-bell
  • Reverse Hyperextension Machine

  • Lying Leg Curl/Leg Extension Bench

Facilities

We have a bathroom, shower, and hand sanitiser provided.

Parking

Arrive at your scheduled time. Park directly in front of the garage, or at the end of the driveway.
You can always turn around in the driveway, and back in, if you prefer.
The studio gym is located on the ground floor in the garage.  
The entrance, is the door just beside, the garage.
The door will have an OPEN sign on it.  
Please walk in, as this is your gym space.

Rates

All sessions are $50 per session.  Cash only accepted.

Prices include taxes. Prices are subject to change, and are reviewed quarterly.

Session Bookings

I use an online booking system.  You will be added to the online booking system, set up with your own account and will be able to book/cancel and modify your own sessions, in the coaching platform.  You may book up to 24 hours, in advance, and cancel or move your sessions up to 48 hours in advance.   Bookings can be self booked up to 5 weeks, in advance.

I understand life happens, so if you are unable to make your booking 48 hours in advance, you will have to call/text me directly.

Cancellation Policy

If less than 24 hours before your session, the charge is $25.00. 

If you do not make contact to cancel your sessions, and/or do not show up for your session, you will be charged in full for the session. If you are > 30 mins late for your session your session is cancelled, and you will be charge a full session.
