🏆Back in 2018, I was lucky enough to grace that Vancouver Pro show stage, & capture my first IFBB pro win!   ✈️ Travel is always the hardest part on a competitor’s physique — traveling with food, food timing, the flight, water, water loading, and then the hotel & getting organized and acclimated to the environment, and time zone, as quickly as possible.

My lifestyle coaching program is defined as training and nutrition that fits into your uber busy lifestyle.

From 3 hours per week, of training, on-going coaching support, and twice per month reflective check in— this type of coaching is to help you get RESTARTED, OR CONTINUE your fitness journey while enjoying YOUR LIFE.

Getting organized, and started on your journey is the first, step, and with that being able to schedule at least 3 workout per week, (sometimes two workouts), is a great way to reclaim your fitness.

It does not have to be hard, or complicated —just consistent.

Whether it is Sun/Mon/Tues or an evenly spaced Mon/Wed/Fri or Tues/Thurs/Sat it does not matter, as long as you show up consistently (on average 3x per week).

That is around 10-12 workouts per month.

Sure, there are 5-6 day programs out there, but if they are TOO LONG, TOO COMPLICATED, TOO MANY DAYS PER WEEK, those workouts do not work for you.

If your life only allows for a really solid 3 hours, per week (or less) your training program should reflect that.
