Day 8: Support

You need people in your corner.

(yes you do…besides it is always more fun to share the journey?? with someone else)

At least ONE person ??‍?that is willing give you encouragement when needed (without judgement)

Even with the smallest of goals ? require a support system β˜?

It can be:

  • Significant other?
  • A Boyfriend ❀
  • Trainer/Coach??
  • Friend (s)??
  • Mentor?
  • Or any combination of those positive people who you rely on, to bring you to your best self.Your supporters should:
    ??⭐️Offer continuous with moral support with no agenda
    ???Shut down nay-sayers

When trying to achieve any goal, you need those who will lift you up when you are down, lack motivation, or even days when you need a quick kick in the behind to get moving.

You can never have too many supporters.
