Protein Pancake

Hi Everyone-

I have wanted to post this video for a long time – so here it is!

The Protein Pancake.

I used to eat oatmeal and boiled egg whites separately for years, and then I just thought one day, ‘what if I mixed the two’.  I mixed them up and did not do a pancake the first time, more like scrambled eggs, but eventually it turned into a pancake.

I have been making them for years, I really cannot recall the specific point in time when I started making them.  I know for sure it was near the time when I began my journey in fitness which started in 1998.

Other things I have heard that people add to their protein pancakes:

  • yogurt
  • cottage cheese
  • protein powder
  • dried fruit or real fruit
  • nuts
  • chicken, or other meal
  • vegetables
  • chocolate chips

There are no limitations on what you can add, it just all depends on what your goals are, and your nutrition should match.

Let me know how it turns out and feel free to comment below.
